About

The Hanapēpē/ʻEleʻele Community Association is made up of concerned citizens living in the Niumila, ʻEleʻele, Port Allen, Hanapēpē, and Kaumakani communities that want to improve communications with the County of Kauaʻi and within the community for the betterment of our area.

We generally meet regularly on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6pm at the Hanapēpē Library.

On the second Tuesday of each month, we also gather as a part of the Hawaiʻi Hazards Awareness and Resilience Program (HHARP) at 6pm at the Hanapēpē Armory.  The aim of HHARP is to help communities prepare to be self-reliant during and after natural hazard events, improve their ability to take care of their own needs, and reduce the negative impacts of disasters.

The best way to receive updates regarding the activities of the Hanapēpē/ʻEleʻele Community Association is to send a message on our contact us page or email us directly at hanapepe.eleele.kauai@gmail.com
